At Lucci Monte, we strive for your complete satisfaction. However, it's possible that an item doesn't quite meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy after receiving your order. You can easily request a return within this period.

To be eligible for a return:

Received damaged or incorrect item
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luccimonte.com. We'll make sure the problem is resolved immediately – whether it's a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchange
Want an item in a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and then place a new order once your return is approved.
Legal cooling-off period (EU)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period . Within this period, you can cancel or return your purchase without giving a reason.
The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete and in the original packaging, including labels and proof of purchase.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days .
Please note that banks or credit card companies may need a few business days to process the refund.
