RETURN POLICY – LUCCI MONTE

At Lucci Monte, it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Is an item not quite what you expected? Please read our return policy below carefully.

Return period

You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order. Return requests outside this period will not be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• The item is in original condition.
• All labels and original packaging are intact.
• A proof of purchase or order confirmation is enclosed.

Articles that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Register return

A return must always in advance to be registered via our Returns Portal.

Upon approval, you will receive further instructions for the return.

Returns without prior notification will not be processed.

Return costs

• Return shipments are at the customer's own expense.
• Shipping costs are not reimbursed
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Then please contact us within 48 hours via info@luccimonte.com and attach clear photos. We will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Exchange

We do not offer a direct exchange service. Would you like a different size or color? Then you can return the item (if permitted) and subsequently place a new order.

Statutory cooling-off period (EU)

For orders within the European Union, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies.
The following also applies here:

• Sale items are excluded
• Return costs are at the customer's own expense.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

• Approved returns will be refunded within 10 working days.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary by bank
