SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Once you've placed your order with Lucci Monte, it will be processed. Every order is carefully processed and packaged before being handed over to our logistics partners, including PostNL, DHL and DPD.

Once an order has been completed, it is not possible to cancel, change or combine it.

Processing & shipping

Processing and shipping of orders takes an average of 1–2 business days.
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery

After shipping, the average delivery time is 2–3 business days.
All stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding an indicative delivery time does not automatically entitle you to cancellation or a refund, unless otherwise required by law.

Lucci Monte is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs checks, public holidays, weather conditions or other external factors.

UPDATE

Due to an exceptionally high number of orders and circumstances beyond our control, delivery may, in extreme cases, take up to 4–6 business days after processing. This delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or compensation.
