i. Processing & dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. The moment your parcel leaves us, you receive an email with your personal tracking link. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be changed, cancelled or combined.

Delivery times are indicative; carriers, customs checks and public holidays can occasionally add a day.

iii. Shipping rates

Every parcel travels with tracking. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you pay.

iv. Duties & taxes

For orders outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are included in the price you see. What you pay at checkout is what you pay.

v. Returns

Not quite right? You have a 30-day return guarantee from the day your order arrives. Register your return via our returns portal; approved returns are refunded within 10 working days. Within the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies as well.
