i. Your 30-day guarantee

You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. Within the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies as well; our 30-day guarantee comes on top of it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused. Sale items cannot be returned.

iii. How to return

Register your return in advance via our returns portal. Once approved, you receive the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without registration cannot be processed.

iv. Return costs

Return shipping is at your own expense and original shipping costs are not refunded. We recommend a tracked service: we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged on their way to us.

v. Refunds

As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, you receive a confirmation by email. Approved returns are refunded within 10 working days to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank.

vi. Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Simply return the item and place a new order, so your new piece is on its way straight away.

vii. Damaged or incorrect item

Please check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at info@luccimonte.com with clear photos, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
